Computers are available in Assembled and Branded Models. In Assembled PC customer have the choice to select their own configuration. According to our wish and needs we can select each and every part.
I am not telling that Branded systems are bad. But in this we have to buy the system with the configuration that is decided by the Branded Company. For example if you buy a Compaq PC, We can see the name Compaq in on the Machine. But the inner parts like processors, mother boards are not made by Compaq. So what they are doing they are assembling a computer using with products manufactured by other companies and on Putting their Brand name on the System.
Never consider price as the major thing with regard to buying a computer. Because varieties of products are available with different prices. Some time you can see huge difference in the same configuration. So obviously people will go for cheaper one. But never do that. You can find out the customer satisfied products and buy that one.
We have to think in a way that oriented towards future. So go for a good and trustable manufacturer. This is important for assembled as well as Branded computers

Nice writeup, but I want to clear one thing that branded computers are better than assembled as we also get licensed copy of OS with onsite warrantee of computer by the companies like HP.

I just buy packaged computers, but they change so often, I don't pay much attention, maybe I should. So far I have bought HP, Sony computers, I use them two years on an average and upgrade them. Next time I will do more research like you said, which is better. Thanks.
HP is Good Market Value and i think its performance also good. But You have to review before upgrading or buying next time.
Models are changing day by day So We also have to be updated.

This is why you need to look at the side of thwe box of the computer and see whats on it. Make sure you gewt a lot of RAM and a good processor. Then follow up with a good graphics card then a large HD. Don't forget colling for your PC. I suggest looking up the model that you are thinking about and see if you find any problems with it.
